Here is a fun reproduction of a WW II aircraft carrier catapult chalkboard checklist. Measures 23" square with hand holds. Board is flippable and may be written on with chalk for any aircraft you chose. (Photo #2 depicts an example for an F4F Wildcat.)
During catapult launches, a deck crew member would hold up this checklist for the pilot as his aircraft was being attached to the catapult. After confirming that he was in compliance, the pilot would signal with a thumbs up, and then the board would be flipped for launch specifics to his aircraft type.
